Petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to pay him amount due on account of his deputation as Assistant Coordinator and Resource Person in the 2nd year Course of 2015-2016 Session, with following prayer:-
“That the respondents may kindly be directed to release the due amount of Rs.18,440/- to the applicant with interest @ 12% P.A. w.e.f. March 2016 to till date in the interest of justice and fair play.”
