In view of intervening development that took place after filing of the writ petition as pointed out in CMP No. 10956/2023, learned Additional Advocate General was directed on 28.08.2023 to obtain instructions as to whether the impugned transfer order has lost its efficacy.

transferred vice the petitioner i.e. Sh. Rakesh Kumar has already been adjusted at another place vide notification dated 28.04.2023. Therefore, the petitioner has not been disturbed
from the present place of posting and the position remains the same.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as relief prayed for by the petitioner stands granted. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
