Learned Advocate General has placed on
record instructions dated 05.04.2025 received from Directorate of Transport alongwith documents, whereby, it has been informed that except post of Judgment Writer, all other posts including StenoTypist stand filled-up in H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal.
2. Learned Advocate General has also placed on record joining report of Smt. Sunita Nadda, Steno-Typist temporarily deployed in H.P. State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Hamirpur.
3. It has been submitted by Learned Advocate General that despite making efforts till date, post of Judgment Writer could not be filled-up for non-eligibility of Judgment Writer.
4. As expected, Learned Advocate General has submitted that efforts are being made to fill-up the post of Judgment Writer. In case Judgment Writer
is not available, then keeping in view the nature of work, one more Steno-Typist may be posted against the post of Judgment Writer during next one month.
