Mr. Atul Sood, Advocate, for the defendant.
Since, the pecuniary jurisdiction from the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- upto Rs.60,00,000/- has been vested in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, vide Notification No. HHC/PJ/93-1, dated 17.10.2022, the present suit falls within the jurisdiction of learned Senior Civil Judge, Shimla, H.P. and is accordingly transferred for disposal in accordance with law to said Court. The parties are directed to appear before learned Senior Civil Judge, Shimla, H.P., on 18th April, 2023.
