The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No.15/2022, dated 19.01.2022, registered under Sections 304, 308, 328, 420, 468, 471, 201, 109 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 39, 40 & 41 of the H.P. Excise Act at Police Station Sundernagar, District Mandi,
