While placing on record communication dated 16.09.2022, issued under the signatures of Deputy Commissioner, Una District Una, H.P., enclosing therewith the copy of order dated 12.09.2022, whereby judgment alleged to have been violated, has been ordered to be stayed by Hon’ble Apex Court, learned Additional Advocate General states that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and the same may be disposed of.

record as well as documents annexed therewith, especially order dated

12.09.2022 passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal No.15610 of 2022 titled as Collector Una vs. Bhagat Ram and others, this Court finds that the judgment alleged to have been violated, stands stayed by the Hon’ble Apex Court, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings, which are accordingly closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court of Law, if required, after disposal of SLP pending adjudication before Hon’ble Apex Court.
