“The fate of this case is dependent upon CWP No. 1773 of 2022 in which case, the judgment had already been reserved. Therefore, put up after the decision in CWP No. 1773 of 2020.”

The judgment in CWP No. 1773 of 2022 now stands pronounced, wherein the Notification dated 29^th July, 2011 issued by the National Council for Teacher Education is not binding on the State Government.

Consequently, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions and the same are accordingly disposed of as such. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
