29, measuring 138 Sq. Mtrs. at Mauza Kather, Tehsil and District Solan, H.P. having built up area of 115.23 Sq. Mtrs. consisting of two bed rooms, one drawing room, one dining room, one kitchen, one verandha and two bathrooms, as detailed in sale agreement dated 28/29 September, 2014, in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendants, directing the defendants to execute and get the sale deed of the suit property registered and to handover the vacant possession of the suit property free from all encumbrances and charges to the plaintiffs. In the alternative, prayer has been made on behalf of the plaintiffs that in case, they are not found entitled for relief of specific performance, then defendants may be directed to pay Rs. 80.00 lac to them, in terms of Clause No.8 of the Sale Agreement dated 28/29 September, 2014. Though defendants have filed written statement, but before the suit at hand could be heard and decided on its own merit, parties have entered into compromise and as such, have approached this Court by way of application bearing OMP No. 432 of 2022, seeking therein permission to compromise the suit filed on behalf of the plaintiffs. This Court has already allowed the aforesaid application, as a consequence of which, parties have been permitted to enter into compromise, as detailed in earlier part of the instant order. Since, parties have resolved to settle their dispute amicably inter se them in light of the terms and conditions as contained in OMP No.432 of 2022 and defendant No.1, has agreed to pay sum of Rs. 25 lac to the plaintiffs in equal shares, there appears to be no impediment for this Court to accept the prayer made on behalf of the plaintiffs and defendants for decreeing the suit,
