The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 35/2021, dated 03.06.2021, registered under Sections 376 and 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 06 and 21 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, at Police Station Khundian, District Kangra, H.P.

been examined in the case and only five witnesses remain to be examined. The matter is listed before the learned Trial Court for examination of three prosecution witnesses on 02.01.2023 and for remaining witnesses on 09.01.2023.
4. Considering that the trial is nearing conclusion, it will be not be appropriate to entertain the bail petition, at this stage. The petition is accordingly disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner move appropriate petition at an appropriate stage, in case need so arises in future. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
