Pursuant to order dated 31.3.2023, respondents have placed on record copy of communication dated 2.5.2023 issued under the signatures of Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur, perusal whereof reveals that the Deputy Commissioner has already handed over enquiry to Additional Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur vide letter dated 11.4.2023, with a direction to prepare and submit a report within a week. Though Inquiry Officer has completed enquiry but report shall be submitted within two days to Deputy Commissioner, enabling him to forward the same to Director Panchayati Raj, Himachal Pradesh, for taking action in the matter.
In view of above, list on 19.5.2023 , before which date, Deputy Commissioner Bilaspur as also Director, Panchayati Raj shall place on record action taken report, in the matter.
