ORDER
Pursuant to order dated 30.06.2022, learned Additional

Advocate General has placed on record communication dated 06.07.2022, issued under the signatures of Sr. Medical Superintendent, I.G. Hospital, Shimla, perusal whereof reveals that Medical Board has opined that it would be safe to keep bail petitioner in custody, as he has poorly functioning left kidney with small non obstructive calculus in it and he needs to be kept on 6 monthly follow-up in Urology Department.
