under the signatures of authorized signatory, Mr. Shivank Singh Panta, learned counsel representing the non-applicant/respondent states that sum of Rs. 4,98,677/- has been credited in the account of applicant/petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment. Aforesaid communication is taken on record, perusal whereof clearly reveals that sum of Rs.4,98,677/- has been sent in the account of applicant/petitioner through RTGS.
Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant application and accordingly, same is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant/petitioner, to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate court of law qua the surviving grievances, if any.
