Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the services of the petitioner were regularized as work charge Beldar by the respondents in the year 2014. However, petitioner is working as a Plumber and has been wrongly regularized as work charge Beldar. Presently also, the petitioner is performing the duties of a Plumber. Petitioner has moved representation Annexure P-2 before respondent No.1 seeking his regularization as a Plumber, however, no action has been taken on the said representation so far.

Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation Annexure P-2 moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
