This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court passed the following:
O R D E R
On the last date of hearing, learned Additional Advocate General has apprised the Court, on the basis of instructions, that the Department Scrutiny Committee, constituted at Government Level as well as Department Level, had found the petitioner to be eligible for compassionate appointment and his name has been recommended for the said purpose against the post of Clerk.
Contempt proceedings are ordered to be closed in view of the statement so made by learned Additional Advocate General, on the previous date which is ordered to be taken on record. Notice stands discharged.
