Mr. Vikrant Thakur, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, meted to him, submits that the writ petitioner, has raised objection(s), against the audit observations, as occur in Annexure P-8, and, the afore objection(s), vis-à-vis, the afore audit observations, are pending before the Ombudsman, constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003. Consequently, till the afore objection(s) is/are decided, this Court does not deem it fit, to, make any order, upon the extant writ petition, rather, the afore sub judice objection(s), pending before the afore Ombudsman, are amenable, for, an adjudication being pronounced thereupons, rather by the afore Ombudsman, and thereupto, this Court does not hold any jurisdiction, to, entertain the extant writ petition, and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, if the electricity connection, purveyed to the writ petitioner, is not already disconnected, the respondents may not take any coercive

action against the writ petitioner, till a decision, upon the afore
