The petitioner, who is working as Ayurvedic Medical Officer (AMO), at Government Ayurvedic Health Centre (GAHC), Kaloh, District Una (H.P.) and is under transfer to Government Ayurvedic Health Centre (GAHC), Gindpur Mallun, District Una (H.P.), has come up before this Court seeking quashing of impugned order of transfer dated 22.07.2020 (Annexure P-1).

2 Notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4/State.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has been relieved and private respondent No.5 has already joined.

4. In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to respondent No.1, the Secretary (Ayurveda), Government of Himachal Pradesh, within one week from today, in the light of Para 7(e) of the instant writ petition being couple case and in accordance with the Transfer Policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall consider and decide the same, in the light of the Transfer Policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
