By way of this writ petition, the petitioner, who is working as a Lecturer (Chemistry), has challenged the order dated 22.07.2020, (Annexure P-2), hereinafter referred to as ‘the impugned order’, whereby he has been relieved from Government Senior Secondary School Jaree, District Kullu to join at Government Senior Secondary School, Dharwar Thach, District Mandi, H.P.
