The petitioner, who was working with the respondentCorporation as Commi-II and retired as such on 31.5.2019, has come up before this Court seeking release of his retiral benefits i.e. gratuity, leave encashment along with statutory interest.

Mr. Naresh Kaul, Advocate, on instructions, submits that the respondent-Corporation has already released some amount to the petitioner.

Given above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Corporation to release the remaining amount along with statutory interest within two months from today. There shall also
