The present application is maintained by the applicant-State under section 378(3) Cr.P.C. for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 23.08.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chamba, H.P. in Criminal Appeal No.456/2016, under Sections 279, 338 and 304-A of IPC, whereby the judgment/order of conviction and sentence dated 26.09.2016/29.09.2016 has been set aside.
As there are sufficient arguable points in the appeal, leave to appeal is granted. The application stands disposed of.
