Mr. Angrez Kapoor, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, while placing on record communication dated 23.6.2021, addressed to him by the Secretary, HPSSC, Hamirpur, states that judgment alleged to have been violated stands duly complied with and as such nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Instant application. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this court finds that HPSSC in compliance judgment dated 9.4.2021 has revised result on merit basis and notified the same on 22.7.2021,as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present application Accordingly, the application is disposed of . However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate court of law, if he still remains aggrieved.
