Steps for the service of respondent No.7 and substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent No.6 have not been taken despite time was granted to do so long back on 9th December, 2016. In view of the submissions persuasive in nature made on behalf of the appellant, though one more opportunity for the purpose is granted, however, by way of last and final. Steps for the service of respondent No.7 be now taken within a week whereas for substitution of legal representatives of deceased respondent No.6 within two weeks, failing which the appeal will stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
