By way of present application, the
applicant/respondent has deposited a cheque before this Court, which was issued to the applicant/respondent at the time of compromise. Learned counsel for the applicant states that as the cheque was not of the appellant, he has deposited the same before this Court. On the other hand, learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant states that the cheque was issued by Smt. Zeenat Khan, wife of the appellant and prays two weeks’ further time to deposit the balance amount.
List on 28th November, 2017 . On which date the appellant shall produce on record the copy of statement of the accounts showing that on 08.10.2017, more than ` 1,20,000/- was there in the account of Smt. Zeenat Khan and also to pay the balance amount.
