At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines
the petition only qua prayer (a), reserving liberty to assail the statutory provisions, if need so arises subsequently.
Keeping in view the limited relief prayed for, petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-University to issue consolidated marks sheet to the petitioner as per rules, on payment of requisite fee. Needful be positively done within a period of two
months from the date of production of copy of this order.
