We find the present petition to have been filed without any authorization from the Union. That apart, we are also of the considered view that with the passage of time, most of the grievances, vented out by the petitioners, stand redressed.

In CWPIL No.135 of 2017, titled as Court on its motion vs. State of H.P. & others, this Court has suo motu taken cognizance of the manner in which the vehicles under the 108 Ambulance Scheme are being plied and operated within the State of Himachal Pradesh.

As such, we dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities venting out grievances, if any, in accordance with law. We are hopeful that upon receipt thereof, the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. What has also prevailed upon us is the address, so disclosed by petitioner Vijay Kumar, in his affidavit dated 26.09.2016.

In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any.
