Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions,

submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the respondents/ competent authority to consider and decide petitioner’s representation which he shall be making, venting out his grievance to the relevant authorities.

No other point is urged.

Leaving all questions of law open, as prayed for, we

dispose of the writ petition with the following directions:-

a) Petitioner shall positively approach the respondents-authorities within a period of two weeks from today.

b) Upon receipt of such request, the authorities shall consider and decide petitioner’s case

within a period of three weeks. Needles to add, all concerned shall be associated by the authorities.

c) Petitioner is at liberty to place additional material on record.

d) Needless to add, if the order is not in favour of the petitioner, the authority shall assign reasons while deciding the same, which shall be communicated to the petitioner.

e) Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court, if need so arises subsequently.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
