office of president of the society. His rival was one Lekh Ram Kaundal. When the election of the office of president was held, said Sh. Lekh Ram Kaundal was declared elected to the office of president of the society. The complainant being the proposer of Paras Ram, the defeated candidate, therefore, became target of discussion. While on his way to the native place around 8.45 p.m. both accused coming behind started hurling filthy abuses to him. On asking as to why they were abusing him, they both got enraged and thrashed him with fist and kick blows, as a result thereof, he received injuries on his person. It is Dharam Prakash and Dr. Paras Ram Chauhan arrived at the place of occurrence and saved him from the clutches of the accused persons.
