If not shocking, it is painful to note that the revision petition preferred long back in the year 2008 has not yet been decided despite considerable period i.e. over 8 years stands elapsed. Not only this, but an application for early hearing filed long back in the month of April 2016 is also still pending disposal. This petition, therefore, is disposed of with a direction to learned Divisional Commissioner below to consider the application filed for early hearing of the revision petition and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. It is expected from the Commissioner below

to decide the application and also the revision petition at the earliest, preferably within three months from today.
