By medium of this application, the applicant has sought
discharge of his guardian on the ground that he has now attained majority. A perusal of the matriculation certificate (Annexure-A) annexed alongwith the application would reveal that the applicant was born on 2.12.1996 and has thus prima facie attained majority. Accordingly, the application is allowed by discharging the guardian and the applicant is permitted to pursue his cause in his own capacity. Application stands disposed of.

Since the appeal stands finally decided by this Court on 4.1.2005, there is nothing on record that the matter thereafter has been carried in appeal. Let, the entire compensation amount lying in the Registry of this Court alongwith upto date interest be released in favour of the claimant by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-3 of the application. Application stands disposed of.
