A perusal of the application, more particularly, para-4 thereof, would reveal the sufficient cause which prevented the applicants/appellants from filing the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, application is allowed, delay of 54 days’ in filing of
the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of.
