In view of notifications No.G.S.R.926(E), dated 29.12.2014 and No. Per (AP-B)B(15)-4/2015 dated 25.3.2015, the matter requires to be adjudicated under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. As such, in view of Section 29 of the said Act, record be transmitted to the Registry of the H.P.State Administrative Tribunal, which now stands established.
