The same is required to be transferred to the Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal in view of Section 29 of the Act. The Registry is directed to transmit the records to the Registry of Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Tribunal immediately by maintaining proper record to this effect. List this case before the Tribunal on 2nd July, 2015. Ordered accordingly.
