The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition. Permission granted. The instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the
oral prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner
that the petitioner be permitted to visit his ailing and aged father at his native place is allowed. The Jail Superintendent of the jail concerned
shall provide police escort for his being taken to his native place to

visit his ailing and aged father. The police escort shall stay along with
the petitioner at his native place for 10 days and thereafter the escort
shall bring him back therefrom for his being re-lodged in the jail concerned. The learned Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur is directed to conclude the trial positively within two months from today.
