She is directed to file power of attorney duly executed in her favour by the respondent authorizing her representation on its behalf in the successive proceedings before this Court.

Heard. A delay of 20days has occurred in the institution of the revision petition before this Court against the judgment rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Shimla. Considering the fact that good, sufficient and adequate grounds have been put forth in the application comprised in paragraph No.2 of the application, whose contents are duly supported by an affidavit sworn by the petitioner herein, hence, the delay in the institution of the revision petition, as such, stands satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and the

delay in the institution of the revision petition against the

judgment rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Shimla is condoned. The registry is directed to register the criminal revision.
