Court directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of General Manager and to release him higher pay scale on the analogy of respondent No.5 (in the petition). Respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for promotion to the post of General Manager. He was promoted as General Manager on 10.10.2014. Case of the petitioner for release of higher pay scale has been rejected by the respondents vide annexure R-1 dated 26.9.2014. It shall be open for the petitioner to assail annexure R-1 specifically by filing appropriate petition. 2. In view of the above, the present petition is closed. Notices are discharged. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
