Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also perused the record, I am of the considered view that interest of justice would be met if during the pendency of the suit, parties are directed to maintain status quo qua nature, possession and title of the suit land. Ordered accordingly. As agreed, hearing of the suit is also expedited. Trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide the suit within one year. Parties undertake to fully cooperate.
