not required, as such, his request for anticipatory bail is allowed and the interim order dated 24.6.2013 is hereby modified to the extent that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of ` 10,00,000/instead of 50,000/-, with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. However, this bail shall be subject to the terms and conditions already indicated in the inter order, referred above. 7. With these directions/observations, the petition stands disposed of.
