The petitioner is aggrieved by Annexure P-2, order of transfer. According to the petitioner, since he is on Census duty, he cannot be transferred. The petitioner may point out this aspect of the matter before the second respondent, in which case, the second respondent will look into the matter and pass appropriate orders, adverting to the submissions made therein. The orders, as above, shall be passed within two weeks from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the representation. Till orders are passed as above, the petitioner may not be compelled to join the transferred station and it will be open to him to avail leave.
