Inspite of repeated calls none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. From the reply filed by the respondent which is taken on record, it is apparent that petitioner was working on contract basis in a Govt. Sr. Secondary School. Consequently, no double payment can be made to the petitioner for this period of his employment on contract basis.
Consequently, no case for interference is made out. Petition is dismissed.
