Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Assistant Solicitor General of India submits on the basis of instructions imparted by OIC Legal Cell, Station Head Quarter at Shimla that the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 738 of 2004 dated 23.4.2007 shall be implemented within a period of three months from today. 2. Consequently, in view of the fair stand adopted by Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Assistant Solicitor General of India, the present petition is rendered infructuous. However, there shall be a direction to the respondents to comply with the undertaking in letter and spirit, within a period of three months. Accordingly, the present petition is
