that the entire amount due and payable to the petitioner in terms of the judgement of this Court dated 13th December, 2007 has been paid to the petitioner. This fact is not disputed by the petitioner. In view of this development, the notices issued to the contemnors are discharged. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
