A CGST-GGST Rules, 2017, the order under challenge cease to continue as on 02.02.2022 after the expiry of one year from the date of order imposing such restrictions. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the writ applicant, this Court on 02.02.2022 has passed the following order:
“Let Notice be issued to the respondents for final disposal of this petition, returnable on 03.02.2022.
Mr. Utkarsh Sharma, the learned AGP shall take appropriate instructions and revert to us tomorrow. We would like to know why the Electronic Credit Ledger of the writ-applicant has remained blocked despite the fact that 2 & ½ years have elapsed since the date of the order of blocking the Electronic Credit Ledger.
Post this matter on 03.02.2022 on top of the Board.”
