dispose of this writ application relegating the writ applicants to avail the
statutory remedy of preferring an appeal. We also permit the writ
applicants to file an application seeking waiver of the pre-deposit
amount. If any such application is filed, the Commissioner of Appeals
shall look into the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
