Heard Mr. B.T. Rao, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Krutik Parikh, learned AGP for the respondent No.1.
Mr. Krutik Parikh, learned AGP, upon instructions from respondent No.3, states that the authorities shall not proceed further with the election process for the election of APMC of District, Morbi in view of notification dated 5.2.2021 of respondent No.2 till the election process of local bodies is not completed.
In view of the above statement, Mr. B.T. Rao, learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition. Hence, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
