from the letter addressed by the Prant Officer to the TDO, Becharaji from Page 2(A). In fact when the letter of the Prant Officer dated 4.10.2019 addressed to the TDO is read, it reiterates that the grant of Rs.75,000/- has been sanctioned for installation of the pipeline and the letter further states that the petitioner is being deprived of a water connection only because of some dispute between the Sarpanch and the villagers.
