ORAL ORDER
Heard Mr. Param Shah, learned advocate for the petitioner.
Admittedly, as stated in para 3.6 of the petition, a suit being Regular Civil Suit No. 929 of 2020 is pending before the Civil Court, Bhavnagar is pending with regard to the prayer to seek permanent injunction against the approval of any layout plans made by respondents no. 2 to 5. The prayers in the petition are akin to the prayers made in the pending suit and therefore on this ground alone the petition deserves to be dismissed.
Petition is accordingly dismissed.
