ORAL ORDER
The present application has been preferred by the applicant – convict for appropriate direction directing the jail authority to get the treatment of the teeth of the convict done in any of the Civil Hospital.
Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent – State.
I have read the application, perused the documents and jail remarks on record.
As per the report of the Jail Authority submitted before the Court dated 06.12.2021, the convict is examined by the Dental Department of the Civil Hospital and the convict insists for root canal treatment, which is available in Rajkot Civil Hospital.
The Superintendent of Rajkot Jail is hereby directed to get the complete treatment of the convict done in Dental
