ORAL ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms. Megha Chitaliya, learned Assistant Government Pleader, has submitted that the petitioner has submitted representation before the Collector dated 17.05.2019 reflecting on page 31 for the grievance voiced out in the petition. It has further been submitted on instructions that the authority will take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of one month from today.
In view of the aforesaid submission, without entering into the merit, it is left it open for the Collector to take appropriate decision on the pending representation. It is needless to state that the Court has not expressed nay opinion on merit and the authority shall abide by the time schedule of one month for taking the decision, in accordance with law.
