ORAL ORDER
[1] Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of respondent – State.
[2] The present application has been filed by the Applicant through jail for temporary bail on the ground for making financial arrangement of his family as well as for the purpose of agricultural work.
[3] Having heard the learned APP for the respondent State and perused the jail remarks as well as taking into consideration that (i) the applicant is in jail for about 4 years; (ii) previously, the applicant was released on bail and he has surrendered in time; (iii) looking to the present situation as trial is stalled, this Court is of the opinion that the application requires consideration and the same is allowed. The applicant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousands) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions. The applicant to surrender before Jail
