The petitions are admitted and the provisional liquidator
was appointed for a limited purpose as indicated in the order
dated 06/07/2018. In the said order itself, the inability of the
company to discharge its liability has been recorded. The
company petitions are therefore allowed and the company is
ordered to be wound up. The provisional liquidator already
appointed shall be the liquidator. On deposit of the costs of
the advertisement in proportion to the claim, made by each of the
petitioners, the advertisement shall be issued inviting the
claims from all the stake holders i.e. secured creditors, the
workmen and unsecured creditors and other stake holders within
six weeks henceforth. Returnable date shall be fixed after six
weeks of the publication of the advertisement.
