The learned advocate Mr. Hakim for the

petitioner states that though the petitioner had not
withdrawn the petition filed before the National
Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, it
has been stated in the impugned order dated
28.02.2019 that the petitioner had sought leave to
withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh
petition.

At this juncture, the learned advocate for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present
petition with a view to seek clarification from the
Commission as regards the said part of the order.

The permission, as prayed for, is granted. The
petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this juncture
with liberty as prayed for. Direct service is
permitted.
